I suggest Google for gathering troops. Lots of good stuff to find. Substitution ciphers, fuzzy pandas. Or, you could try doing this with ternary and confuse even more people!

Unless you consider that progress, than no. How about a hint? Is it supposed to contain text, or a graphic? What is the format broadly used for? I have a few programs that have dozens of audio to text/graphics functions with a hundred numbers and none of them are making much sense. Can't tell what it is by listening.
